  • thermal insulation – 10 cm EPS under plaster, 10 cm PP mineral wool strips according to the project;
  • floors – cement screed, walls – machine-made lime plaster;
  • sanitary premises – floor – reinforced concrete slab with screed, walls and ceilings – lime-cement plaster, vertical installation risers hidden behind plaster and brick wall;
  • lighting and power installation - three-wire, with installed switches, sockets and lighting fixtures on the balconies, with installed light bulbs with sockets in the rooms;
  • low-current installations - installed FTP cables, boxes for low-current installations, sockets for internet, television, as well as operational cables for controlling security systems, lighting, blinds and heating installations;
  • video intercom and doorbell installation, combined with access control with an electric lock;
  • Plumbing installation with polypropylene and PVC pipes up to the plug, with installed water meters with the possibility of remote reading;
  • heating installation – built building gas installation (without gas boiler and heating elements);
  • air conditioning installations - installed insulated copper pipes and wiring for outdoor-indoor unit connection, without units;
  • ventilation installations in the sanitary facilities.

The entire adjacent infrastructure (leading neighborhood streets, street water supply and sewage), as well as direct car access from the Ring Road are part of the investor's investment plan and will be built in the first half of 2024 and before the project is put into operation.
