Technical characteristics:


  • The construction of the buildings is monolithic, skeletal reinforced concrete with partition walls of ceramic bricks, masonry with partition walls of ceramic bricks and plasterboard cladding, with canvases of mineral wool, reducing the possibility of the transmission of sound waves.
  • On the facade, XPS insulation is provided in the area of the basement and the ground floor, as well as EPS in the areas of the remaining above-ground floors, interrupted by 20 centimeter strips of mineral wool.
  • The windows are aluminum, with three-layer glazing and an interrupted thermo-bridge. Powder-coated metal details such as railings, cornices, visors, pergolas, etc. are present.
  • The facades are clad with ventilated fiber cement boards in two shades of light gray, the color emphasizing the volume of the individual houses.
  • Domestic and storm water on the site will be fed into treatment plants.
  • A new single transformer substation is being built, located at the property line from to the street regulation line of the property, from which the new units will be fed.
