Hello, I am writing for feedback regarding our work with realtor Svetla Stoykova for the purchase of a home at Otets Paisii 79. The deal dragged on a lot because the builder didn't have a building permit for 18 months. During that time, we kept in touch with Svetla, concluded several annexes and finally reached the signing of a contract. From now on, in short - if it wasn't for Svetla to navigate our relationship with the builder past the deal, the ambiguities, his demands, there wouldn't have been a deal. Separately, she had a personal touch, since I have a small child and was pregnant most of the time, she came to the place at a convenient time for me to bring the annexes for me to sign.
